About the Role We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join the team specializing in the design and execution of advanced hull constructions for high-end maritime vessels. You will be part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, focusing on translating complex concepts into technically sound and manufacturable structures.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the structural design and engineering execution of major sections of luxury vessels, particularly the hull and associated components. You will play a key part in ensuring that structural designs meet demanding quality standards, comply with industry regulations, and are practical for production. Your technical insights will contribute directly to the success of each unique project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop detailed structural models, engineering drawings, and documentation tailored to high-end vessel construction.

  • Ensure all engineering work aligns with classification society rules, flag state requirements, and specific project specifications.

  • Assess feasibility and production-readiness of structural designs during various engineering stages.

  • Address and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks with practical, production-friendly solutions.

  • Work closely with engineering leads, production staff, and other technical disciplines to maintain progress and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a similar field.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the shipbuilding industry, preferably with a focus on structural or hull engineering.

  • Familiarity with the design and realization of complex hull structures and modular builds within the maritime sector.

  • Skilled in using CAD and 3D modeling tools; experience with platforms like AutoCAD, Cadmatic, or NX is a strong plus.

  • Good understanding of applicable maritime standards, structural calculations, and engineering workflows.

  • Strong analytical thinking, with attention to precision and quality.

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

  • A high level of motivation and a genuine interest in luxury vessel construction.
