About the Role
Panel Builder
We are looking for experienced and motivated Panel Builders to join various projects across the Netherlands. Our clients are industry leaders in machine building, process industry, high-tech systems, energy, water technology, and infrastructure.
Whether you prefer working in a modern workshop or on-site, your expertise ensures reliable, high-quality electrical systems.
What will you do?
Depending on the project and industry, you will be responsible for:
Building control panels, switchboards, and distribution cabinets
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings (E-plan, AutoCAD)
Mounting and wiring components such as PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, power supplies, and drives
Testing and inspecting panels to meet quality and safety standards
Troubleshooting and resolving issues during panel assembly
Collaborating with engineers, electricians, and commissioning teams

Completed MBO or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
Proven experience in panel building or electrical cabinet assembly
Ability to read and work from electrical diagrams (E-plan, AutoCAD, or similar)
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and self-reliant
VCA-basic safety certificate (or willing to obtain one)
Proficient in English
An EU passport/ID is mandatory
